A range of ready-to-use fruit purées. Products are pasteurised to provide a high quality range of shelf-stable fruit purées.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 14 months of production. After opening, keep product refrigerated between 0 and 4°C and use within a few days.
Applications
Sorbets, ice creams, fruit mousses, bavarois & charlotte desserts, toppings, fruit jellies, iced & pastry desserts, coulis, glazes, gelato, granita and cocktails.
