Refunds & Returns
Fine French Food stands by the quality of the products in our range. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our product for any reason,
Fine French Food will replace it.
For damage and shortfall on orders, we will refund, credit or provide a replacement item as appropriate, provided that we are notified (by telephone or in writing) within 24 hours of receipt of the order and given the opportunity to inspect the goods should we consider it necessary.
We reserve the right to refuse any claim made more than 24 hours after receipt of the order.
We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product which has been used by the client.
Delivery costs are not refundable.
It is the client’s responsibility to return the goods to Fine French Food, however we ask that you contact Fine French Food for more information on the most appropriate way to return the goods.
