Delivery information

All orders will be dispatched within two working days. Our warehouse ships Monday to Wednesday excluding New South Wales public holidays.

Dispatches are sent Monday to Wednesday only. Fine French Food will seek the most reliable and cost-effective means of dispatching the freight, however freight charges will apply to the order.

Orders are NOT dispatched Thursday or Friday

No responsibility will be taken for loss or damage to goods that dispatched from our warehouse and delivered by companies other than Fine French Food.

No insurance will undertaken on transport unless requested by the customer.

PLEASE NOTE:

Fine French Food will be closed from December 25th to January 11th, 2026. Any orders placed during this period will be dispatched from Monday, January 12th, 2026.

Last courier dispatch: Wednesday, December 17th
Last delivery in Sydney: Tuesday, December 24th
