Though the cheese is very similar to Brie. Coulommiers cheese, smaller but thicker than Brie, is made from cow's milk. It has a bloomy edible rind. It is characterized by a creamy texture, and a buttery, nutty flavor. It is recommended to pair it with pears, berries, or apples after a big meal.
