Settled in the southeast of France, Concept Fruit's Roger Descours was founded by a group of farmers in 1975 and continues to bring these quality, unique nuts to home kitchens today.

Use as a filling for cakes, cheesecakes or tarts. Useful to add moisture to gluten-free baking recipes. Smooth puree ideal for adding to pastries and puddings... Try mixing with cocoa powder and agave nectar for a healthy, but sweet cake or cheesecake style filling.
